The development is now known as Brisbane Quarter. It is a development consisting of three buildings; residential apartments, an office tower and hotel tower. It was built on the old Law Courts site bordered by George, Adelaide and Ann streets and North Quay in Brisbane, Australia. BTAC Group have been active with Independent Commissioning Agent roles for all three towers in this complex and have worked closely with Multiplex to deliver this project.
BTAC were engaged as Independent Commissioning Agents for the Accommodation Fit out for the Department of Home Affairs at the Benjamin Orange building – 5 Chan Street Belconnen, Canberra.
Completed in October 2016 the Iconic 1 William Street skyscraper in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia was the second tallest office tower in the city at 259.8 metres. The building features 74,853sqm of Net Lettable Area (NLA) of PCA Premium A-Grade commercial office accommodation was developed for the Queensland Government as part of the government’s plan for a renewed Government Administrative Precinct and to meet its accommodation demands. The building takes the global stage with ‘World Leadership’ rating Cbus Property and ISPT’s 1 William Street, Brisbane has taken the global stage in terms of sustainability best practice, recently receiving a 6-Star Green Star – Performance ‘World Leadership’ rating. July 05, 2018. BTAC Group have a long association with the building and actively involved on an ongoing role assisting facility Managers Jones Lang Lasalle in achieving and maintaining NABERS, Green Star and Fire Life Safety standards.
The Midtown Project, formally known as the “Forestry and Health Buildings” located in the midtown precinct at 155 Charlotte Street and 150 Mary Street. through a series of planning applications and innovative design outcomes, team is re-purposing two existing towers of 26,000m² of commercial space and combining them into a single premium grade office tower of 42,000m2. DMC Projects have engaged BTAC Group in a role as commissioning Manager for the developer.
Completed in 2020 the new Logistics Centre is a Green Star, 5 Star accredited facility for Linfox Australia. It is located in Willawong, QLD. CIP Constructions have announced their Linfox facility in Willawong has just been certified Australian Excellent and awarded 5 Stars by the Green Building Council of Australia. This is the third CIP Constructions facility to receive this honour, with the first ever certified 5 Green Star Industrial build being awarded to Sherwood Bus Depot back in 2012.
